Scobes is the boss, the head honcho. He's the one who makes sure we've filled in our timesheets before he lets us go home at the end of the day. One of the Chew Valley big-dogs, Scobes can often be found brain-dumping and blue-skying in the comfortable environs of the Pelly, Chew Magna.

Dan Coomber

Dan is selectively deaf – if what you are asking him doesn’t tickle his interest, or if he is listening in on someone else's telephone conversation at the time – he will just blank you. With a vocal range matched only by Mariah Carey, his high-pitched denials of responsibility can shatter glass, but generally he’s a good egg and a damn fine cameraman/editor.

Sam Coles

His edit suite monitors stacked in a unique arrangement that only he can work with, Sam occasionally likes to get his hands round a 35-footer, as he is the CM camera crane operator. The quiet man of CM, you know to listen when he speaks, for there is wisdom in his words...

Ben White

Sure, sometimes his shirts are tight to the point of bursting, sometimes he grows a beard to hide his extra chins, and he can be a moody so-and-so, but when the going gets tough does he run into a corner and hide? Does he hell! A picture of focus and dedication, he is the ideas man at CM, occasionally known to dabble on Final Cut Pro wearing an expression of deep concentration, or perhaps bemusement.

Michelle Stark

Starkers is the newest member of the Constellation team. It takes a brave woman to immerse herself in the heady, testosterone-filled hub of the CM production office, but Starkers is a Chew Valley girl, well known for her handling of burly men. At least that’s the reputation we’ve heard from the Pelly...
